Less than one month left to submit event applications for Leicester Business Festival
Applications for Leicester Business Festival (LBF) close 31st August 2018, businesses need to get their applications in before it’s too late.
Being part of LBF is an incredible opportunity for all businesses to showcase their skills, products and services to a national and international audience. Events can take any shape from a small workshop or seminar to a tradeshow or national conference.
It is quick and easy to apply to host an event, there is a very simple form to fill out online (www.leicesterbusinessfestival.com/apply). Businesses need to submit their applications before 31st August 2018 in order to be part of the region’s largest business event, running from 29th October to 9thNovember.
Events are run by business for the benefit of other local businesses and the region as a whole. The Festival will cover eleven key sectors that are present in the region including: Space & Aerospace; Hi-Tech Manufacturing; Creative Industries, and Education & Skills as well as many more.
Scott Knowles (pictured right), Chair of the Leicester Business Festival CiC, said “The amount of applications we have received so far is astounding and the programme is already starting to fill up with headline events, but after listening to feedback from 2017 we feel that it is important to cap events at 125 this year and focus on high-quality.
“The Festival is a great chance for all local businesses to show themselves as leaders in their sector and show off the innovation that is happening right across the region. Any business thinking of hosting an event during the Festival should send in their application before the deadline on 31st August.”
