Pattersons Commercial Law is a local law firm supporting businesses in Leicester and Leicestershire. Pattersons is a sponsor of this year’s Leicester Business Festival, and their involvement has contributed to make #LBF2021 the biggest and best year of the Festival to date.
A relatively new firm, Pattersons Commercial Law recently celebrated their fifth birthday. However, they continue to go from strength to strength, and have established a trusted presence in the local community. As well as sponsoring the Leicester Business Festival, the team behind Pattersons Commercial Law are keen supporters of charity, and recently raised over £5,800 for MacMillan Cancer Support.
Pattersons Commercial Law is a growing practice, and have expanded their services over the five years they’ve been in operation. In their early days, they were solely focused on corporate law, but have now moved into advising on property transactions, employment law, dispute resolution and insolvency; the latter may well be a key area of growth for 2022.
As well as sponsoring the Festival, the team behind Pattersons Commercial Law are hosting three events. Post Covid Challenges for Business and Insolvency is aimed at businesses that may be struggling as pandemic financial support comes to an end. Programmes such as furlough and business support grants have been vital lifelines for many, so now that these are winding down, Pattersons Commercial Law’s expert solicitors are on hand to guide Leicester businesses through the new landscape.
Shareholder Protection: Looking After You and Your Business will give attendees an overview of the best way to protect their business investments through shareholder agreements, wills and insurance policies - a must for any entrepreneur!
One for you pool sharks: in week two of a busy Festival schedule, what better way to wind down than with a networking session over a few frames of pool at Riley’s, Leicester? This event will allow business leaders to meet like-minded peers in an informal setting and gain expert advice on property law from the professionals at Pattersons Commercial Law.
